No idea where this came from.. Weighed in Sunday but was too embarrassed to record it. I decided to bring the scale to my BF during the week so I can keep track. Also bought a body fat scale device because I am more curious if I am actually losing fat. It will be a better indicator of my overall goals. Been strict paleo the last 2 days. I am debating to give up dairy for good. Both for health and moral reasons. Anyway happy Tuesday!
155.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
