Up a few pounds today, I think its the outfit I am wearing and water retention because I weighed 4 pounds lighter yesterday. I am trying to get back on track, I have been careful about what I am eating and the portion size, I need to get back into writing it down on here to triple check myself.
225.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

4 lbs overnight has to be temporary, if you're weighing with clothing on or at different times of the day that would account for it also. Don't let it get you down, hang in there and keep on the path.
