day 27 I gained half a lb:0( I'm so sad but I know this time I did it to myself, had a can of beans for lunch at 9am had two painless chicken legs at 830pm didn't drink all my water, lots of factors.
188.3 lb Lost so far: 13.7 lb.    Still to go: 18.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
