Great day yesterday!! Started with 6 AM cycle for 90 minutes. Took my training partner to task. Again nothing like a 56 vs 35 year old. Harder worker won! Ain't an age thing is an effort thing!! Following the cycle hit the gym for 90 minutes for Stairmaster and Weight workout.

Overall great workout day!!

Ate well CRON foods. Only speck…9PM Blueberry Blitz!! For those out there looking for something awesome! FROZEN BLUEBERRIES--- What a treat. Sweet and delicious. Certainly replace any Ice Cream addiction.

Had 3 Bowls of frozen blueberries at 9PM….decadent SPLURGE.

Calories came down on purpose yesterday Down to 1640…..Will push them further down today.

Onwards and upwards!!

PS--- Yes it is true-- Number 1 ADDICTION in Western World F O O D
179.7 lb Lost so far: 13.1 lb.    Still to go: 11.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.4 lb a week
