awful weekend ... gave in and ate pizza on Saturday night! :O( then went for Sunday lunch yesterday with the in laws and the only vegaterian option was mushroom rissoto!!!! ...here goes again!!!!

dont give in!!! the only time to do it is NOW!!! havent u tasted all this before? so whats different? u know what it taste like! dont eat itttttt!!! u can do it! ...................2 skinny friends once told me: 1. "its not like ur fat and thats it, its that everytime u eat u gain more weight and become fatter" (sooo trueeee)....2. "being and staying skinny is a lifestyle"....true too! some (few) are born that way and stay , some, like us, have to really work at it!.....and believe me if i did it ANYONE CAN!

Thanks for the support Picha, you are so right ... It is really hard though I am so motivated but come the end of the day with the dishes piled high and a pile of washing to work through I just thought well it's my Saturday night as well why should i have to cook! Out came the pizza menu!!!! :o( Felt so dishartened yesterday because for the rest of the week I had been pretty good so was suprised not to lose anything but got on the scales this morning and I am 187lbs :o) result!! XxxX
