I seem to be doing okay with this 5-2 diet so far, but it's soo hard. Hoping that it will be making a difference soon, but at least I haven't put weight on again so far *touch wood* :)
158.7 lb Lost so far: 0.7 lb.    Still to go: 47.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
