day 18 well my body doesn't want to let go of the 190's. I had a very weird food day yesterday, I'm on my period, I'm hungry and by 9am yesterday morning I only had 85 calories left I could eat for the day. not good. hopefully I can control myself better today. I also had a cup of chicken broth last night at 9pm.
191.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
