day 16, well I'm back to where I was at on Friday, that's good but I would've liked to have been a couple lbs further. but Carol's right, I didn't gain it in a day.
192.7 lb Lost so far: 9.3 lb.    Still to go: 22.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
