day 9 its been seven full days since I started with the 500 calories and I lost 11.44lbs in 7 days, I've been doing surprisingly well with my water. I messed up yesterday and only had 380 calories but I was not hungry so I didn't eat anymore. this morning I woke up with a headache and I'm really hungry.
