wow, I lost like 4.5 lbs!!!! I never really got hungry yesterday, definitely was jonesing for a diet coke. went thru a drive thru 4 times yesterday but I stayed strong, it was rough tho. good luck to me today!!!
201.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 31.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
