Three weeks or so bouncing around 247-258 with 1200-1300 avg cal with around 20 gr carbs over last 6 weeks. This week no gym visits. No more loss of weight no gain of weight so Gym is out of routine.
247.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.1 lb a week
