How slow can you go?
178.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 28.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Chin up girl! I have not lost an ounce all week. :( I started taking B-complex today and hope that helps my snail speed metabolism. LOL I tried to eat more protein today. So proud you are hanging in there!
