When my weight doesn't change I don't really see a point in keeping track on here that I'm still what I used to be. However, Fatsecret continues to remind me it's been 7 days, 8 days, 9 days... since I've weighed in so here it is. Same as I was ten days ago. It's good to know that even with all my rule breaking and cookie eating I haven't gained any weight. This really is starting to look like something I can handle for the rest of my life. Now, I just have to lose the tummy bulge and I'll be set.
167.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
