I setup a 5 day challenge starting Monday to only have no calorie liquids after 3pm, excluding soda. You need a computer to sign up for challenges so please think about joining it. If stopping eating at 4pm is better, that's fine. Together we can do this!!!
184.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 24.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
