Lack of BM and after inadvertently fasting for 31 hours I had fried rice, agadeshi tofu and a salad from a Benihana type place, sodium weight.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
