Starting to head in the right direction - just in time to go out of town for work again this weekend.

Ive done some precooking this week and thats helped, but making time is the real challenge.
273.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 91.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
