I know again its been a long time sense my last entry but the weight loss is still going strong just not as fast dropping the lbs then before, which tends to lead to less of an effort in recording an entry. Overall workouts have continued both day and night, biking to work in the morning and hitting the apartment gym at night or running or even work out videos which kick my ass the most. As far as the diet goes I've been eating well, started using less bread in my lunches and making sandwich wraps rather then using soo much bread. The results from my recent work health screening show Im doing very well, very low overall cholesterol which is good, means the eating well is helping.
191.8 lb Lost so far: 83.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week
