Solid day yesterday… Ate well CRON. Been bringing calories down to around 1500 a day. Much exercise yesterday. Stairmaster & Weights.

Big Squash match tonight….Working out this morning!

Onwards and upwards
180.4 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 7.0 lb a week
