Well I'm definitely not being very smart about this. I love noticed I keep doing the same things expecting different results which is NOT how that works.
I think I should try prioritizing my mental health rather than just focusing on weight but I'm not sure how to go about that. 😅
156.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
