Didn't want to post my weight in here. But I know that in order to regain some type of control I have to do some things I don't want to do. Today I hit reset the worst part is that I get started losing then binge and gain everything back plus more. I have added some new tools this time around. Mainly focusing on my mental health.

One thing to try is quit focusing on what not to eat and focus on what to eat. So first week focus on hitting your protein goal. Then once that is easy, focus on getting vegetables in, then hitting your water goal, then focus on eating more healthy foods. Then see where your at. This takes longer but is a lot easier to maintain and teaches you good habits.
