I haven’t been down to this weight for some time. It is nice to be on my way the my target weight.
202.0 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Keep it up JodyR. Looks like you are doing great! What kinda exercise do you do? I've been inactive for so long that I'm finding it hard to find a set exercises that I can do without passing out (and no, I don't push myself but even after doing just a few (less than 10) reps, I am getting ready to pass out.

Pbelschner - Thank you for your comments! An interesting question to which I have to say my main exercise has been walking 30 min. a day. It has taken me a bit of time to get up to that as I had a health scare this past July which put me in two different hospitals. My legs are finally feeling stronger and I plan on adding in some weight training soon. Other than that the other thing I have been doing is changing my diet to match the type of diet advocated by Dr. Amy Meyers in her book, “The Autoimmune Solution “. Yes, I have some autoimmune issues that I cannot ignore any more and her advice is helping. So far I have been able to lose about 24 lbs. with more to lose over this winter.
