So my weight isn't exactly brilliant. But I've had a lot more stress recently, with an art exam coming up and Dad being suddenly rushed into hospital last week (he's out now and okay though :D ). However, I'm starting the 5-2 diet tomorrow. My mum has been on it for roughly two months now and has lost around a stone. So I'm going to join her on it. I'm cutting down on carbs and I've locked away all my birthday (yeah I'm another year older :D ) and Easter chocolate and I'm only going to treat myself to a small bit once a week. I'm going to continue with my exercises, and I'm going to start cycling on Saturday's like I used to, it was always so much fun. :) So here's to Monday and Thursday diet days :D Lets hope it goes well , and I'll keep you guys informed on how well (or how badly) I'm doing. :D Love you all :D
