I was afraid to step on the scale this morning, and with good reason. It's been a hard week - stress, not eating, people pushing food at me, sleeping in a strange bed, drinking, not tracking food intake - everything that goes along with a funeral of a loved one and the celebration of their life. Strange enough, I don't feel heavier. Just slower. So, no bikini shopping for me.

I have two weeks left (actually 12 days, 20 hours and 51 minutes, not that I'm counting) - so it's time to get up off my rear end and do something. I have no one to answer to other than myself, and no one to blame other than myself.
152.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 7.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Thanks Pam - it's nice to be back in my own home where it is quiet. I hope the Easter Bunny was good to you and Buddy. No chocolate for me though, just 40 minutes of stretching with a possible 20 minutes more once dinner settles. I'm also going to step up my weigh-ins to twice a week. I need to get on top of this quickly.

Thanks Jamaica, I did a lot better food wise today than most Easters. I did treat myself to a Cadbury egg and have some left overs for reasonable snacks for work. BUDDY got an extra treat for the holiday.
