I really love weekend weigh ins! Good number overall, pretty happy :-) my entire digestion really seems to kick in on Friday night. Because of this I'm going to start the boo tea tetox starting tomorrow. I won't do a hard core detox since I low carb and follow intermittent fasting I feel that it would be too much. But I will cut out all junk...still debating coffee. Can't imagine a day without coffee!
