Ate well…second day of more Calories. Most due to Nuts--- Pistachios, Cashews and Almonds. Again CRON foods. Hit 1836 Calories. Two hard workouts. 6AM SPIN class in the Morning and PM was two tough squash matches beating one guy 25 years younger decisively and one 14 years younger more decisively. Pretty pleased.

My weighing is after Exercise so probably not quite accurate.

Today is huge day--- Morning Squash, followed by Stairmaster…then Doubles Tennis followed by singles tennis. Marathon day planned.

Do need to lower the calories.

Onward and UPWARDS
176.4 lb Lost so far: 16.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
