I got to the gym at 3am and had 45 min walk/run with an hour on weights, 15 min on stationary bike. Going to increase water intake as I'm well short of 8-8oz glasses a day.
250.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 19.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
