Finished the Fast Metabolism Diet and lost 10 lbs in the 28 days the diet lasts. Really love how I feel, and didn't want to go back to my old eating habits. I modified the plan, to include more healthy fats in phase one and extra fruit in phase two, and still keep losing!
135.4 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 3.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.9 lb a week
