Not sure if I'm doing macros etc right 😅 will continue my 1500cal 40-30-30 goal (can't seem to get my macros right anyway 😅👌) for another week or two and check progress. If it's not working I'll change it. My BMR is around 1480.
157.4 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 25.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

So I should up my calorie intake? I have pcos and quite a lot of fat I need my body to use lol. I've been aiming for 1500 last night was the only night I actually hit just under that lol. The other days of this week have been well above it. Between 1700-1800cal

You have to know that as less you are eating as more lazy and slow getting your metabolism. That's why need calories deficit together with physical activities. You need to find out your personality macros, that's app can't do it (Amy app can't do it, it's can only calculate how much you ate). Go to bodybuilding.com find nutrition macros calculator. And use his result here in app. Also, control your progress with measuring tape, scale machine showes you only how your water moving up and down

I am doing both exercise and a calorie deficit. Trying to have more fat and protein in my diet over carbs as usually I eat a high carb diet and shit food. I usually skip meals etc then eat junk food so my normal intake is way above what it should be. I'll adjust in a week if needed but currently this week I've not lost anything. 🙃

have gone and calculated on bodybuilding.com I'll try it. says 1789cal on a 40,40,20 ratio so will see x thanks

Yes what's are you doing it is a good things, it's long way but right, healthy and enjoyable. I'm agreeing with bb.com macros, that's medium numbers. Sport and community also makes you happy, motivated and give experience, knowledge.
