tiny progress - better than nothing. had some bad days - low calorie but just ate carbs - withmy pcos - that is a big no no must always have protein with carbs!! wrote an exam - did well - rewarded myself with DQ burger - wasn't even yummy at all. so lessons learned, need more activity!!!
