I have got to lose at least 5 lbs this week, to fit in the Easter dress I made for myself. Any suggestions on how to lose 5 lbs in a week
127.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
