Just got back from Okeemo on sunday night. All things considered, I didn't do too bad. I did gain 1.8 pounds. But it could have been much worse. BACK ON THE DIET AND EXERCISE PROGRAM TODAY!!!





BLOOD SUGAR LEVEL IS 161 AT 9:01 P.M. ON 3-29.
BLOOD SUGAR LEVEL IS 144 AT 5:30 P.M. ON 3-30.


BLOOD SUGAR LEVEL IS
240.8 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 80.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
