Well doing atkins right now but find i am running out of foods to eat ( creating dishes) and stating to find it boring and not in the right frame of mind. So I am considering changing to weight watchers as i have done this diet many years ago, and with more variety in foods and being able to choose what,when and how much i will feel more in control. so starting fresh and new, as well I started at the gym to so here I go!!!!
