Since nothing seems to work other than excercise and portion control. I am going to start there. My hopes is to cut back on all the unhealthy snacks, eat small portios every two hours (3 small meals & 3 snacks), walk 30 minutes a day (to start), pleaty of water (which I already do) and see how this works for me. Crossing my fingers because it is discouraging when you gain weight when your on a diet!
