O.K. The beginning of my 1st week here I chastized myself for not following my diet the weeks before I started FAT SECRET.I have not really followed my diet this last week either but being able to chart my food intake has really made me MUCH MORE aware of how much goes in my mouth. I KNOW I CAN DO BETTER.///IF I WANT TO CONTINUE TO LOSE WEIGHT I HAVE TO CONTINUE TO CONTROL MY EATING////
313.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 153.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You know it girl! I know being on here helps so much so you can really see everything. I look at it and think oh my what the heck how did ever do it before finding this. Plus my god how much did I really eat before it's scary to think of it. luv ya keep it up!
