Hen do & week in wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 put on 6lb in a week ate what I wanted, it happens. Not that fussed since I know I can go back to normal food & exercise routine and eventually it will fall off. 👍🏼 Mindset changed for the better!
159.0 lb Lost so far: 45.4 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
