It may be a bad time for me to start a diet like this. I'm still working 70 hours a week. But since it's definitely not a good time for me to take on a vigorous exercise routine, this may be a good way to jump start things. My goals are to have more energy, feel younger and look sexier.

I did day one of this new way of eating and lost a pound!!! I'm so excited and it was really easy since I mapped out my whole day of eating in the morning and then pretty much stuck to it! Today is an UP day and I'm going to a concert so will eat something on the road, but still watch so I won't over do! I'm loving this so far!!
