Any advice on how to STICK to a calorie deficit? Last year I did great! 👍😊 This year I'm struggling.
260.5 lb Lost so far: 39.5 lb.    Still to go: 90.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi Have had similar situation, increased daily water from 8 -8oz to 10 as per Dr. Recommendation. It decreased hydration. And skin wrinkling, slightly increased energy just a tad. Was really having difficulty drinking 8 glasses a day but 10 to twelve loses up bowel movements and better regulating body function. To me worth the struggle.Good luck. Been around fat secret since 2012 has really improved Best luck keep up your great work. George
