I am like a lot of people - autoimmune problems, progressing neuropathy, inability to sleep, etc. Today I am headed to a nutritionist who says she can help me dial down a lot of my symptoms. Here is hoping for the best. I should also lose a bunch of weight during this process to improve my health.
212.8 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 47.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
