consistency, I've had a bad back injury the last week, so walking has taken a step back, but my 16:8 fasting is still on track. Still eating keto...still feeling confident!
226.6 lb Lost so far: 53.4 lb.    Still to go: 30.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
