Very very solid day yesterday. 40 minute run followed by Stairmaster, 25 Minutes of hard rowing and then Resistance workout. a Total body BLAST. No evening workout after the tough morning effort. Running always kicks the poop out of me!! Ate well and followed CRON. Hit all the nutritional MARKERS 100%.

Well done good day 1,336 calories of high quality foods!!!

Onward and Upwards!!!
179.4 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
