This is over the last 2 weeks. In a bad place in my life atm & under an extreme amount of stress. I feel so alone too 😢 Gotta start trying so much harder.
133.7 lb Lost so far: 106.8 lb.    Still to go: 8.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
