I forgot to weigh in on Friday. So it's been 10 days since my last weigh in. I ate 1400 calories for 6 days and 1500 for 4 days. I went to the gym 3 times last week. I am now 2 pounds under my goal weight. Next week I'm going to raise my calories, eat more protein, and work on doing less cardio and more weights. Need to start toning up what I have left, instead of trying to lose more weight. My thighs and butt need more muscle and less jiggle.
118.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
