i gained a pound this week im so pissed off i shouldve weighed myself before we went out to breakfast because that probably made me gain a bunch of weigh because it was so big. im really beat up about this gain its not helping me out any with my confidence of trying to loose it. i really want to get down to 199 before prom because a) i want a date date and b) i wanna look good in whatever dress i get. im jus so tired of being a fat slob if i wouldve eaten healthy this week i probably could lost my five pounds because i was walking around a lot like at the mall and at the family day thing. next week i really want to be 162 for sure because i really want to hit my 20 pound goal before school. i shouldve done this all summer and then maybe i couldve been close to my goal by the time school started and then i couldve gotten a bunch of cute school clothes from like forever 21 and stuff like that.
