this week has been hell i know i usually weigh in on wensdays but i wanted to start on saturdays because someone is home to look at the scale so i can keep my head forward. also i lost four pounds which is good but one off my goal but still im 6 away from my before school goal so thats awesome! plus im suprised kinda that i lost that much because ive been sick like all this week but i have thrown up twice so maybe that added to the loss.
266.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 67.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
