i did okay i only lost 3 pounds but at least im still down and not up like i thought last night. im going to start weighing myself at 2 everyday so its consistant and i know for sure how much i lost. alright here i go again almost to my before school goal. yay im excided
270.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
