Hamstring Focused Leg Day
+ low intensity cardio

PM cardio later ~ coach say to add in the second cardio session. Knew that we would get to the point so, we’re pulling off the bandaid this week. Keeping macros the same.
189.4 lb Lost so far: 48.6 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Ugh...cardio. lol Have you considered circuit training?

Since I’m in a cut right now - for my splits, I need steady state cardio since I’m lifting heavy 6 days a week. I don’t want to over work certain muscle groups in a circuit. Plus since I’m in the bodybuilding side, cardio is a tool we use during a cut or during prep if that makes sense. ❤️

I don’t mind cardio too much - I usually listen to a podcast, turn off my brain, and go ham on the stair stepper.

Gotcha! 👍 Maybe I will learn to enjoy cardio more after becoming more accustomed to working out. My increasing activity journey so far has pretty much been bed➡️couch➡️lifting with only the occasional walk. I was thinking circuit training might work for me later because I do 2 day split. 🤷‍♀️ We will see...

That makes sense! I actually used to alternate between full body strength circuit training days and cardio days when I first got started. It’s a good way to get introduced to the gym 👍
