Frustrated. I lost 10# initially in 2 weeks then stalled then added 2-3 lbs. without really changing my diet. No "whites" or carb laden food (keeping carbs at around 20 or less with calorie intake around 1200. I began walking/running/gym to no avail. My blood sugar was high, 172 which was the motivation to get off starch sugary diet and yes I am type 2 diabetic)and as of today my blood sugar is 102 so that is an accomplishment.
