Spent weekend in Amsterdam:
Typical diet:
Breakfast: 2 eggs, slice cheese, tsp peanut butter
Snack: Biltong
Lunch: Tuna melt Bagel
Snack: Cookie Dough Quest Bar
Dinner: AWFUL. Hard Rock Steak & Fudge Brownie dessert oops!
133.6 lb Lost so far: 3.1 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 1.5 lb a week
