Have been on a plateau for many weeks.

Seems increased activity and a renewal of commitment to the ideal application of intermittent fasting, may be the way to move off the weight stall.
303.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 113.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.5 lb a week
