I seem to be eating a lot today, but at no point was I really hungry and it was relatively all healthy choices. I indulged in a couple cookies so to not over do it when actually craving it from denying myself treats. I lowered my calorie intake from 2300 to 1900 and I'm content, its definitely manageable.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
